Variants Results 2020
“Chess Variants” have slightly different rules to standard chess – some are very similar to standard chess and others completely different! However they all require the same skill sets: concentration, calculation, pattern recognition and preparation.
There are 7 events in the championship – players can play in as many or as few events as they choose. Players top 5 scores will count towards their final score. There are prizes for the top boy and girl in the following age categories: U8, U12, U18.
